Every hour of every day, someone is diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS). For them and the millions of others worldwide living with this chronic disease, only six FDA-approved drugs exists that can reduce disease activity. For some people, these drugs may slow the progression of the disease but for many, these drugs do nothing at all.
  Today we know more about MS than ever before, but the gap in translating that knowledge into the commercialization of new treatments is growing wider every day.
